Reminders for the 2019 GAA State JOAD and State Indoor
Looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend for the 2019 GAA State JOAD (Saturday) and the State Indoor (Sunday). Here are last minute reminders with target assignments.

LIABILITY WAIVERS
Please bring a signed copy of the SSEC waiver for all archers, signed by the archer and a parent for all archers under 18.

CONCESSIONS
Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase from the host club from the SSEC.
PARKING
Parking is available in the SSEC parking lot or across the street in the Pavillion parking lot. Please do not park on the grass or your vehicle will be towed.
SEATING
Bleacher seating is provided, but a stadium chair is recommended.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
GAA State JOAD Indoor (Saturday)
18-meter FITA I Indoor Round, 60 arrows.
All compound archers and Junior/Cadet recurve/barebow will shoot 40cm target - single spot or vertical 3-spot will be selected on registrations
All Cub, Bowman, and Yeoman recurve/barebow archers will shoot 60cm target - single spot only.
Yeoman will shoot at 9M
GAA State Indoor (Sunday)
18-meter FITA I Indoor Round, 60 arrows.
All archers will shoot 40cm target - single spot or vertical 3-spot will be selected on registrations
Archers should arrive and check in 1 hour before shooting time.
FITA Rules for shooting and equipment will be used at all times.
USA Archery dress code will be enforced.
SPECIAL PRACTICE TIME FOR REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS!
Friday, February 1, 4:00 – 9:00 pm
50% off lane rental to practice for the shoot!
Target face is available for purchase.
Archers do not have to be an approved user, waivers required to practice/compete.
No pre-registration for practice needed, archers must be registered for the event.
AWARDS
Awards will be distributed each day at the conclusion of the 1:00 line.
DRESS CODE
The USA Archery Dress Code will be in effect. Remember there have been some recent changes, please review.
